OBIEE 11g: Unable to Add condition to run Agent during the Agent Creation or Insufficient Privileges.Access ConditionEvaluationService Service

Scenario:

I would like to create a new agent. The Agent has to run as per another report. I would like to pass the other report as a condition for this Agent. We know this is a quite simple and straight task in Obiee11g.

For creating new agent go to New--> Agent

Now you can see Agent Creation Pane and by default you will be in "General" after making all the necessary changes in the General tab and the other tabs we go to "Conditions" tab. 

Select the "Use a Condition" radio button and then click on Create or Browse depending on your requirement and then select your report or condition or filter etc for passing it as a Agent Condition. Then you see the following error message.

It will not allow you to add the condition.To fix this issue Click on "Administration" and then click on "Manage Privileges"

Search for the option "Access ConditionEvaluationService Service". You can see only BI System Role has the access for this option.

Grant Privileges to BI Consumer, BI Author etc to this option as per your requirement.

After giving the privileges just verify that the Privileges are properly assigned or not.

Now go back to the Agent creation pane and try adding the Condition. Then you can see the adding a condition working this time
