1) Go to Criteria tab of the first Subject Area and add the columns and click on the combine results option as shown in the below screenshot
2) Now select the other subject area to combine the first request as shown in the screenshot
3) Now you can see the following screenshot with the options UNION,UNIONALL,INTERSECTION,MINUS (same as 10g).
4) Do the same process that we are doing in 10g.........
